COVID-19 UPDATE SWIISH

Hope everyone is holding up ok. Here at SWIISH HQ, it is business as usual, even though these are tricky times. As always, you are our number 1 - and as such, we have upped the ante at every turn. We’re working around the clock to make sure that your orders are dispatched promptly. Because our team of superstars are supercharged with SUPERGREENS, we can assure you that there is no delay at our end with the dispatch of your goodies. Woo hoo!

We know just how excited you are for your parcel to arrive when you’ve placed an order online - we’ve been there too! So, on our side, parcels are still shipped out quick sticks - typically same or next business day. Yes - WOW. Three cheers for our superstar SWIISH team!

Having said this, it’s not just us in the delivery process. Though we'd love to personally drop off every package, we rely on a network of delivery partners, chief amongst them - Australia Post. There is huge pressure on the postal system at the moment, and especially Aus Post, because in short - there are more orders and less people to deliver them, due to social distancing requirements, as well as less flights domestically and internationally. Aus Post are doing as much as they can as well; we’re all in this together. 

Delivery:
You’ll notice that your parcel will likely take longer than usual to get to you, so factor this in when you place your order, as you may want to stock up and get everything you need in one go.  

Tracking information:
The delays mean that your tracking may not update with the regularity that you would normally have seen pre COVID-19. So it might look from your tracking that your parcel isn’t moving - but it actually is.  

Fast Shipping:
With Express Post, these parcels are also affected in that Aus Post can’t 100% guarantee next day delivery, however they will still be prioritised.
