RETURNS POLICY

 

Here at SWIISH we want you to be happy and to love your purchase! We ask that you choose carefully and read our policy below.

 

What is our Return and Exchange Policy?

SWIISH will accept returns for clothing only, Returns must be requested within 7 days from the date of receiving your order. Requests for returns after 7 days from delivery of your order will not be considered. Items marked final sale cannot be returned.

 

ALL SALE ITEMS are NOT refundable unless faulty.

 

For Australian and New Zealand returns, items must:

  • Be returned within 7 days;
  • Be returned with their original tags attached and original packaging.
  • The item(s) must not be worn, altered or washed and must be in original condition ie. no stains, markings, pulls or snags and must have all original tags attached, and be in original packaging. (any item that has been worn, washed, damaged or altered will not be returnable).
  • Please note that we cannot refund the cost of shipping.

 

For international returns, items must:

  • Be returned within 14 days; Please email hello@swiish.com.au if you are returning an item from overseas.
  • Be returned with their original tags attached and original packaging.
  • The item(s) must not be worn, altered or washed and must be in original condition ie. no stains, markings, pulls or snags and must have all original tags attached, and be in original packaging. (any item that has been worn, washed, damaged or altered will not be returnable).
  • Please note that we cannot refund the cost of shipping.

 

Accessories, Beauty, Living and Health products

We do not offer returns or exchanges on accessories, beauty, homewares or Super Green Smoothies products. Goods may only be refunded where they are faulty.

 

Damaged or defective goods

While we do our best to ensure everything we send to our valued customers is in immaculate condition, in the event that you receive an item from us which you believe is faulty, due to damage during shipping or a manufacturing defect, please email us as soon as possible.

Please note that items that have been damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

We will always endeavour to repair or replace your item. If we are unable to do this, we will offer you a full refund.

 

How long will my return take?

Once a return has been approved and received by SWIISH, the value of the goods will be refunded to your Credit Card or PayPal Account within 5 business days of the item being received by SWIISH. If you would like an exchange for sizing, please return the original item and purchase the correct size though the online store.

Please note that we do not refund original postage, and return postage is at your own expense. We suggest using registered post with tracking, as SWIISH cannot take responsibility for lost or missing returned orders.
