The item(s) must not be worn, altered or washed and must be in original condition ie. no stains, markings, pulls or snags and must have all original tags attached, and be in original packaging. (Any item that has been worn, washed, damaged or altered will not be returnable).
Please note that we cannot refund the cost of shipping.

Fashion items on sale are eligible for a store credit note, if returned within the allocated time frame and have not been worn, altered or washed and must be in their original condition.
We do not offer returns or exchanges on accessories, beauty, homewares or health products. Goods may only be refunded where they are faulty.
While we do our best to ensure everything we send to our valued customers is in perfect condition, in the event that you receive an item from us which you believe is faulty, due to damage during shipping or manufacturing defects, please email us as soon as possible.
Please note that items that have been damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

HOW DO I KNOW IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY RETURN?
We strongly suggest you return your parcel with Australia Post and hold onto the tracking number.
Please keep a copy of this record so that you will be notified when your item is received by us at SWIISH HQ.
You will be able to track this on the Australia Post Website.
Once we receive the item we will send you notification of the refund completion.
Please note we won't be able to issue a refund for items that are lost in transit.
MY ORDER WAS PROCESSED WITH AFTERPAY. HOW LONG WILL MY REFUND TAKE TO HIT MY ACCOUNT?
Simply lodge your return through our standard refund process and once we receive the parcel at SWIISH HQ we will notify Afterpay to release the payments you made, back into your nominated account.
Please Note: We will only be able to process your afterpay refund once your return reaches us. You may still need to make payments while your return is coming back to us or waiting to be processed. The total cost of the item will be refunded through our system regardless of the payment status with afterpay.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?
Our system does not allow for processing exchanges at current.
The best thing to do is follow the refund process and ask for a store credit so that you can re-purchase your new item/s!
I DIDN'T PRINT OUT MY RETURNS AUTHORISATION FORM, IS THIS A PROBLEM?
If you are unable to print out the form, we suggest you write on the front of your returns parcel your RA number and place a hand written note in the parcel with the following: Name, RA Number, Items being returned.
If your return is received without any of this information, this will take longer for our department to receive and process.
If you send items back without notification or an RA Form, we will require additional time to contact you and process your return.
CAN I RETURN SALE ITEMS?
There is no refund on sale items. Items purchased on sale are only valid for a store credit. You will not be able to make a return (for a refund) on products purchased on sale.
In the event that you receive an item from us which you believe is faulty, due to damage during shipping or a manufacturing defect, please email us as soon as possible.

As with all our SWIISH WELLNESS products, we focus on the highest quality, most effective ingredients possible. Hydrolysed Marine Collagen is up to 1.5x more bioavailable than other animal collagens, therefore more is absorbed and becomes active in the body faster.

This is due to the GLOW Powder, having been quite compressed when packaged into the container. WHY IS GLOW SO AMAZING FOR SKIN?
Our GLOW Marine Collagen Hydrolysed Powder is 100% collagen and collagen is the main structural protein found in skin. But at around the age of 21, collagen production in the body starts to diminish. Then by the age of 30, the quantity of collagen in the body is approx. half of what it was at 18. Yes, we know what you’re thinking – how unfair. We agree! Now because collagen cannot be reproduced by the body, it needs to be consumed. Hence why collagen supplementation is so important for fresh, glowing skin.
WHAT DOES GLOW MARINE COLLAGEN TASTE LIKE?
Our GLOW Marine Collagen Hydrolysed Powder is flavourless. Some people who have a heightened sense of smell may be to taste it. This means that you can add it to any hot or cold drink or to foods and the you get all the benefits but it doesn’t alter the taste.
IS THERE A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN COLLAGEN AND GELATIN?
Both collagen and gelatin are sources of high protein that contain the same amino acids, however, gelatin is made by partially hydrolyzing collagen. “What does that mean?” we hear you ask. Well, this basically means that the collagen has been added to water and heated to the extent that the long chain amino acids have started to break down and have absorbed enough water to form a gel, known as gelatin. Collagen though, and in particular our GLOW Marine Collagen Hydrolysed Powder is fully hydrolyzed collagen which means that the long chain amino acids have been broken down further so that is soluble in water and most importantly - easily absorbed by the body when consumed.
WHAT DOES HYDROLYZED MEAN?
Hydrolyzed means that the collagen has been subject to a chemical process known as hydrolysis whereby long chain amino acids have been broken down into smaller molecular components called small chain amino acids, using water. We know that was quite a sciency answer. But in general terms what is amazing about that is that the collagen it is now soluble in water and therefore more easily absorbed by the body when consumed.
I ALREADY GET A LOT OF PROTEIN IN MY DIET SO DO I STILL NEED COLLAGEN?
In easy to understand terms - not all proteins are the same. There are over 28 different types of collagen, but the one you need for amazing skin is a Type 1 collagen. So in order to get that great glowing skin, you need to feed your skin, from the inside – with collagen.
In more sciency terms - Collagen is almost 100% protein and being the most abundant form of protein the body, makes up about 25%-35% by weight. A protein is basically a chain of amino acids, however, not all amino acids are the same. The body uses about seventeen different types of amino acids and these all have different uses by the body. Different types of collagen have different combinations of amino acids which is why there are over 28 different types of collagen. So not all protein is the same which is why even if you consume a lot of protein already you might benefit from supplemental collagen intake.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I TAKE GLOW ?
Our GLOW Marine Collagen Hydrolysed Powder is designed to be taken every day. Being all natural it is safe for everyday use. In fact, you will see faster results if you take it daily.
HOW LONG BEFORE I SEE RESULTS?
According to extensive scientific research done, you can expect to see results in 3 – 4 weeks of taking GLOW, if taken on a daily basis. You should see the skin become more hydrated, then a reduction in fine lines and wrinkles in by about 6-8 weeks. By the 10-12 week mark most notice an increase in skin elasticity and firmness.

CAN I TAKE GLOW POWDER WITH XYZ MEDICATION?
